Our approach is built around providing both operational and financial oversight throughout every stage of the project.
We understand that renovating property overseas can quickly become complex without the right structure, coordination and cost awareness in place. For this reason, our process is divided into two key phases designed to help international clients approach renovation projects in Southern Italy with greater clarity, organisation and control.
Phase One focuses on early-stage consultancy, feasibility and estimating. During this stage, we assist with preliminary budgeting, project evaluation, contractor coordination and renovation planning in order to establish a clearer understanding of project scope, potential costs and overall viability before construction begins.
Once the project is approved and ready to proceed, we move into Phase Two — project coordination and management. This includes ongoing operational support, contractor coordination, progress monitoring, reporting and financial awareness throughout the construction process.
Our objective is to assist clients in reducing unnecessary delays, improving coordination and helping projects progress in a more structured and financially controlled manner, combining local knowledge with a professional approach influenced by UK project management and construction standards.
